Functions |
- The planning arm of the city government, undertakes
general planning functions for the city and
provide staff support to the City Officials
and other local offices for the formulation
activities which involved other line agencies
and private sectors.
- Responsible for land use and zoning matters,
data collection and analysis of data on different
sectors other statistical data necessary for
the formulation of various development plans
and programs and revision of existing plans
and projects.
- Recommend to the mayor priorities and requirements
for the program and projects to be undertaken
by the implementation groups and the units involved
in the development programs.
