Roxas City ranks No. 5 in the 10 Most Livable Cities in the Philippines, a survey in the internet shows. Whereas, Makati City which Sen. Nancy Binay says offers better services to its constituents than Roxas City, is No. 6 in the list.

The Top Ten, a website that uses a voting system to determine the Top 10's of everything around the world, posted "Top 10 Cities in the Philippines".
