Local Information and Communication Technology (ICT) suppliers benefited in the procurement process. Reporting of income from the terminal operation can be monitored real time. At every closing of business operation a report can be processed for management information.
The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) boast the service capability to clients, secured the records, timely reporting, employee morale upliftment and most of all improved/increase collections.
SUMMARY: ADDED FEATURES IN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) APPLICATION IS THE CLOSE CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) INSTALLED IN ALL CORNERS OF THE TERMINAL FACILITY. PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM (PA) TOO IS AVAILABLE. SECURITY IS ENHANCED AS WELL AS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE.
