Held last February 14, 2009, La Playa de Roxas, Baybay, Roxas City, this is an environmental protection, coastal resource management, development, conservation and protection project of the Roxas City Government headed by Mayor Vic Bermejo, Baybay Hotels Restaurants and Bars Association with their President Mr. Jose Ike Altavas, in cooperation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources represented by foresters Edwin Borja and Nonilon Molina, the Philippine National Police and other Non-Government Organizations.
