- CEDULA (Community Tax Certificate)
- Zoning Clearance
- Certificate of Annual Inspection
- Sanitary Permit
- Fire Safety Inspection Certification
- Other Document/s necessary to support application depending on the nature of business
RENEWAL
- Barangay Clearance for Business
- Gross Receipts of the preceding year supported by copies of BIR annual/quarterly/monthly payment for renewal
- CEDULA (Community Tax Certificate)
- Zoning Clearance
- Certificate of Annual Inspection
- Sanitary Permit
- Fire Safety Inspection Certification
- Other Document/s necessary to support application depending on the nature of business
