ASSESS – One-time assessment of regulatory fees, business tax and other chargers

STEP 3
PAYMENT – Pay regulatory fees, business tax and other charges

STEP 4
CLAIM – Claim business permits and other documents

  1. 1. Brgy. Clearance (for Business)
  2. Business Name Registration:
    • DTI (Single Proprietor)
    • SEC (Partnership/Corporation)
    • CDA (For Cooperative)
    • for non-stock, non-profit Business: Certificate of Tax Exemption
  3. BIR Certificate of Registration
  4. Regulatory Clearances from the following offices:
    • Zoning Clearance (CMO-Zoning Unit)
    • Certificate of Annual Inspection (CEO)
    • Sanitary Permit (CHO)
    • Fire Safety Inspection Certifate (BFP)
  5. Contract of Lease (if renting)
  6. Community Tax Certifcate (Cedula)
  7. Picture of Establishment (Front View)
  8. Other document/s necessary to support application

RENEWAL

  1. Brgy. Clearance (For Business)
  2. Regulatory Clearances from the following offices:
    • Zoning Clearance (CMO-Zoning Unit)
    • Certificate of Annual Inspection (CEO)
    • Sanitary Permit (CHO)
    • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (BFP)
  3. Sworn Declaration of Gross Receipts for the preceding year supported by copies of BIR quarterly tax payment
  4. Previous Mayor’s Permit with OR of business tax paid
  5. Community Tax Certificate (CEDULA)

TO AVOID DELAY ON THE ASSESSMENT OF YOUR BUSINESS TAX, PLEASE PREPARE THE FOLLOWING:

  1. 2023 Business Permit (Photocopy)
  2. Original receipts of business tax paid (annual, semi-annual or quarterly payments)
  3. Certificate of Exemption (for non-stock non-profit business)
  4. Sworn statement of previous years’ gross receipts
  5. Copies of the annual or quarterly tax payment to BIR
  6. Certificate of Authority (for lending investors)
  7. Businesses with principal office outside Roxas City should present total sales specifying Roxas City
