Isa ka daku nga honor kag pribilehiyo nga mangin Commencement Speaker sa Graduation sang 1,551 ka estudyante sang Capiz State University. Madamo gid nga Salamat!

Class of 2026, you have just spent years building one of the most important habits of your life: finishing what you started. That is not a small thing. That is enormous. Madamo ang nag-umpisa pero indi tanan ma-graduate subong.

So as you leave CAPSU today, I’m asking you: do not chase motivation. It will come and go like the weather. Instead, build your systems. Build your routines. Build the consistent, unglamorous habits that compound over time into something extraordinary. Be one percent better today than you were yesterday.

The world doesn’t really need more inspired people. It needs more consistent ones. More disciplined ones. People who show up not just on the good days, but especially on the hard ones.

Roxas City needs more people like that. And I believe, I know-that you are exactly that.

Congratulations, graduates. Now, let’s go to work. Isa man ka daku nga pagpanginbulahan sa inyo mga ginikanan kag mga tawo nga katg kaupod ninyo kag yara sa likod sang inyo kadalag-an.
