GUIDELINES FOR PRE-VERIFICATION:

1. To qualify for a slot, you must attend the
   • PRE-VERIFICATION
   • July 27-29, 2026 (Monday to Wednesday
   • Dinggoy Roxas Civic Center, Legaspi Street, Roxas City
   • 9:00AM – 3:00PM
2. Only those who have successfully underwent PRE-VERIFICATION and PAID THE PASSPORT FEE will be qualified for an appointment for Data Capturing and Biometrics on September 2-4, 2026.
3. First come, first served!
