We are proud to present this year’s Sinadya Festival Musa dela Immaculada Concepcion, Justine Selena Azarcon. Justine will humbly serve our patroness, Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception in all of the festival’s key activities. She is a music enthusiast having performed in The Lounge and the Hilton at private events in the United States.
The daughter of Judith Azarcon, Justine is a true Roxasnon who embodies the virtues and values of our Blessed Virgin and that of a quintessential Capiznon lass.
