KULAY TULAY is a project of the Roxas City Government in partnership with the FCU Alumni Association, Davies Paints, and our Roxas City’s very talented Artists.
We will be painting the different bridges in the city starting with the Tiza Bridge. This project will feature the creativity of our local artists at the same time add beauty and color to our city amidst the pandemic.
Today, Davies Paints, represented by Mr. Lindsey Barbasa, turned over their initial sponsorship of 128 gallons of paint to be used for the KULAY TULAY PROJECT – Tiza Bridge.
Present during the turnover were Maru Alayon, representing the Roxas City artist groups, Atty. Remia Fuentes, representing FCU Alumni Association, Love Usison, City Administrator and Cheryl Anne del Rosario of the Ang Panublion Museum as project head.
