Ini nga programa sang DepEd sa pagpanguna ni Roxas City Schools Division Superintendent Dr. Roel Bermejo ginpainan naton sang pondo pinaagi sa Local School Board. Si Vice Mayor Inday Teresa Almalbis kag City Councilor Herbert Koks Chu ang nagtambong sini nga aktibidad bilang representante sang City Government.
