At around 7pm tonight, a fishing boat near the Culasi waters carrying a crew of four was struck by lightning.
One sustained serious burns, two are uninjured and the fourth, the boat captain, is still missing.
The Roxas City Emergency Team has transferred the injured to RMPH.
The Philippine Coast Guard, PCGA and Barangay volunteers are still searching for the missing boat captain.
